Century ago father of Khun Cahiyoot came from China
to Thailand and open there a restaurant named U-Hong. He had the
Secrets of the Ancient Recipes. Those recipes and their secrets
were from the village in Loei, Thailand, in the North-Eastern part
of Thailand (E-San) next to Mackoong River and Neighboring to the
Country of Laos.
